Welcome to Van Vorst Park

Bright Street sits within one of Jersey City's most established historic districts, with Van Vorst Park just around the corner, surrounded by 19th-century brownstones and charming, tree-lined streets. The park hosts a Saturday farmers market by the gazebo from April through December, Shakespeare in the Park and outdoor films in the summer, and features a splash pad, dog run, and two playgrounds open year-round.

Razza, the only pizzeria in America with three stars from The New York Times, is located three blocks away. Other nearby dining includes The Kitchen Step, Edward's Steakhouse, Dolma, Short Grain, and Wonder Bagels. The Newark Avenue pedestrian plaza, home to more than forty restaurants and cafés, is two blocks north.

The Grove Street PATH station is approximately a quarter mile from the property, with service to the World Trade Center in under fifteen minutes. The Jersey Avenue Light Rail, ferry terminals, Citi Bike stations, and the Hudson River waterfront are all nearby.

89 Bright Street places three new residences on a block that already has everything else figured out.
